Estimates show the number of positions open to science graduates with UK employers are 30% lower than 2008. This could have a serious impact on the UK science employment market.

Taking part in the 2009 Science Graduate Scheme could offer you an additional ‘first career step’ option in this marketplace, in addition to a job search made easier working with SRG rather than alone. So if you:

  • are graduating in June 2009
  • have the right to work in the UK
  • have a degree in one of the following disciplines - Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry or similar
