ACCENTURE: The Sampler - Wednesday 1st July 2009
The one-day consulting insight course.
Just another day?
Experience a day in the life of Accenture with our Sampler scheme.
If you’re a penultimate, final year, graduate or post-graduate student, and you want to get a taste of what we do, this scheme is ideal. You’ll be able to discuss live projects with our consultants and gain vital insights to our interview process and selection centres.
What can I expect?
Following an introduction to Accenture, we’ll take you through some of our recent projects. Find out what it’s really like to work with us by asking our Analysts about their experiences with the company. After that, an Accenture graduate recruiter will hold an interview session where you’ll learn about good technique, the kind of questions we ask and the processes involved.
Then you’ll spend most of the day taking part in a business game. You’ll encounter the challenges that consultants face every day, and find out if Accenture is the place for you. The course concludes with a chance to relax with a drink, and an informal chat with the people you’ve met during the day.
Do I qualify?
You are a penultimate, final year, graduate or post-graduate student, with 320 UCAS points at A-level and a predicted or actual 2.1 degree or equivalent in any degree discipline. (We do look at every application and consider extenuating circumstances.) You are eager to discover more about business and technology consultancy, and interested in the prospect of a career with us.
How do I apply?
Our next Sampler Days are:
- London 01/0709
- London 26/08/09
Only 30 places are available on each course, so competition is fierce. Be prepared to explain when applying exactly why you think you deserve a place.
To apply please send a copy of your CV, together with a brief email outlining – in no more than 50 words - what you think you will gain from attending the day to sampler@accenture.com.
You must state the month for which you wish to apply in the email subject heading.
