The Human Tissue Authority has published draft Codes of Practice for the storage, use and disposal of human tissue.
The new Human Tissue Authority (HTA) has published draft Codes of Practice on the storage, use and disposal of human organs and tissue for consultation.
The draft Codes cover consent, donation for transplantation, post mortem, anatomical examination and removal, storage and disposal. For more details see www.hta.gov.uk/consult/
