Imperial blogs sweep the board at annual web awards
Imperial's stylish student blogs win accolades at the annual eduStyle Higher Education web awards
Colleagues in the College's Communications Division were delighted to discover that they had won two eduStyle awards in the categories:
- Most innovative website
- The CollegeWebEditor.com best school sponsored blog
The blogs won both the people's choice (public vote) and judge's choice (expert panel review) awards in each category. Thanks go to alumni who registered to vote in the awards this year.
The annual eduStyle Higher-ed Web Awards celebrate the best work in college and university websites. In 2009, 20 categories recognised the most innovative and exciting developments in key areas of higher education web development. Imperial was the only UK university to have been nominated and to have won eduStyle awards this year.
You can view the College's student blogs here. Watch this space for a new batch of student bloggers, who will be selected at the beginning of the next academic year to replace those who have completed their studies at Imperial.
