New Alumni Association in New York
Alumni volunteers set the ball rolling with new Association
Plans are currently underway to establish an Imperial College Alumni Association in New York. Alumni based in the Big Apple and surrounding area account for nearly 20% of the overall alumni population in the States, which speaks volumes about the potential for professional and social networking.
Alumni volunteers Sandy Eames (Electrical & Electronic Engineering 1970), Michael Barron (Mechanical Engineering 1959) and James Coombes (Biological Sciences 2004) have kindly offered to help organise an inaugural event due to take place in the first half of 2010. Further details will become available shortly but for now please make sure you watch this space...
If you would like to take advantage of being part of a large network with a wide array of skills and experience, please contact the Alumni Relations team at alumni-international@imperial.ac.uk.
