About us:
We help organisations the world over measure their financial performance and improve the way they work. Our clients range from public and private companies to governments and charities. And we’re ambitious to grow both our traditional areas of strength and those we’re fast expanding into. If you’re serious about a career in business, we don’t believe anyone else could give you a better start. And we’re proud to say that students agree, voting us number one in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers survey for the last six years in a row.
What we offer:
Choose from one of our INS1GHT Internships to find out more about us
- INS1GHT Internships These last six to ten weeks during the summer and are aimed at penultimate-year undergraduates. You’ll work alongside specialists in your chosen business area, and do the same kind of work and make the same kind of contribution as our graduate recruits. You could even receive a firm graduate job offer before you go back to university
- INS1GHT International Internship Students in their penultimate year can spend time in the UK and in one of our overseas practices. The experience will boost your appreciation of how different markets operate, your ability to add value to a multi-cultural team and your self-reliance. And it could also lead to a firm job offer
What you’d do:
All our undergraduate programmes will help you develop a genuine understanding of what we do and how we do it. On our internships and business placements you’ll work alongside graduate trainees and experienced professionals on live projects in one of the following business areas:
- Assurance analyses every aspect of clients’ activities, then advises them on whether what they’re doing is sustainable, profitable and legal
- Tax helps companies make some of their biggest decisions and solve long-term problems.
- Actuarial makes sure businesses can plan strategically in an uncertain world
- Financial Advisory guides businesses through major transactions, organisational changes and strategic decisions
- Consulting advises clients on how to work smarter and grow faster
What makes us different:
We tackle burning business issues and the most complex commercial challenges. Our ideas boost the performance of every type of organisation on every kind of level. And right across our firm, outstanding people collaborate with and learn from each other. That’s why we’re such a stimulating place for undergraduates with spark and initiative to develop their know-how.
What you need:
On course for a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline, from a 300 UCAS tariff or equivalent and a range of employability skills – including flexibility, curiosity, integrity and commercial awareness.
