Accenture Boot Camp is an experience like no other. Highly stimulating, incredibly intense and extremely rewarding, it’s a chance to discover for real what it means to be a high performer in business. It is 48 hours that will demand a lot of you. What is Accenture Boot Camp?
Put simply, it is an amazing weekend of learning and insight focused on helping undergraduates to develop ‘exceptional ability, not just employability’. Over the course of 48 hours, you will experience and discover what it means to achieve high performance in business - and in life. It is fast-paced, exciting and packed full of activity. (Mental, rather than physical, activity – it’s certainly no outward bound event.)

We can’t tell you too much about it, because that will take away some of the surprise – and we don’t need or want people to do any preparation. It’s just about you and 29 other students like you. We can say that you will be joined by Accenture Consultants and a few special guests. We can say that it will be one of the best experiences of your life. And we do know that people come away almost transformed by the experience.

Boot Camp is an experience that is stimulating, intense and unique to Accenture. It is focused on exceptional ability, not just employability; and we wouldn’t want you to miss the chance of being part of something exceptional like this.

There are only a limited number of places on each Boot Camp, so it’s important to make sure you give everything to your application. If you make it onto Boot Camp, you’ll also have the added benefit of being fast-tracked through to the final stage of our assessment process. If you don’t get onto Boot Camp but meet our recruiting requirements you will go through our first round interview stage.
