Interested candidates are required to complete an application form and answer a series of questions about why they believe they should be the next Graduate Apprentice. A shortlist of candidates will then be invited to an interview and assessment day in either April or May 2010. There the new Graduate Apprentice will be selected by a panel of representatives from the placement firms.

The selected graduate will start their year on 1 September 2010.
