ARCS 2010
Appreciation, Recognition and Celebration of Sport took place on Friday 11 June 2010
On Friday 11 June Sport Imperial held an inaugural event - ARCS - to Appreciate, Recognise and Celebrate Sport.
The event brought together 100 guests ranging from students, staff, partner organisations, coaches, officials, volunteers and celebraties.
The exclusive Q&A session with Olympic Gold medalist Darren Campbell, MBE, proved a highlight of the evening.
Awards presented include Volunteering Award, Coach of the Year, Sports Ambassador of the Year, Ethos
Award, Sports Photograph, Light Bulb Award, Athlete of the Year and Student Club of the Year.
Positive feedback was received all round with many guests eagerly anticipating next year's event already!
Congratulations to all those who were nominated and those who received awards on the evening.
