Volunteer at Commemoration Day – 20 October

The Communications and Development Division is seeking volunteers to help at the Commemoration Day Ceremonies on Wednesday 20 October.

The graduation ceremonies are a unique occasion for graduates and their supporters, and to ensure the events are a great success staff volunteers are needed to assist with a range of tasks, including stewarding and setting up the Royal Albert Hall. The atmosphere in the Hall is always very special and volunteering at the ceremonies gives staff the opportunity to witness and participate in an important event in the College’s calendar.

If you would like to help at a graduation ceremony, please discuss with your manager in the first instance then contact events@imperial.ac.uk by Friday 8 October. Please also indicate if you would like to volunteer at the morning or afternoon ceremony.
