Would you like to earn a ï¿¡10 Amazon voucher for an hour's work? Are you free on 14th March?
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the effectiveness of our recruiting at McKinsey, we are currently developing new versions of the Problem Solving Test which is used widely in recruiting across our firm.
In order to develop these test versions to best practice standards, we need a large number of people to take ‘experimental’ versions of the test so that we can use the data to determine which of the questions are most effective and fair.
We would like to ask your assistance in participating in one of these testing sessions. The session is entirely optional and non-evaluative. No one at McKinsey will score the test or see your individual responses. Your responses to this experimental test will not have any bearing on the status of any future applications to McKinsey, nor will your decision whether or not to participate.
Data from these experimental test sessions will be sent immediately to our external test developers for them to analyse and determine which questions to include in the final test versions. However, to reiterate, your responses in this experimental test will not be used to evaluate you in any way.
The experimental test session will last just over 1 hour, and we would need you to attend the entire session. We hope that you will find it fun, challenging and helpful in providing a further insight into some of the work we do.
Test sessions are on 14th March 2011 at 09h00 or 10h30 or 12h00 or 14h00 or 16h00 and will take place at the McKinsey London office.
Interested? Email catherine_hall@mckinsey.com stating your full name, and which time session you can attend. Please state if a second time choice if are flexible and you can make any other time.
