Aiming to deliver improvements across HR, Procurement, Finance and Research Administration. There are two components to this: replacing our current system, ICIS, with a new cloud-based system, and improving our processes and ways of working.
Working overseas can carry significant financial, legal, regulatory and safety risks for individuals as well as the College and we must ensure our International Mobility (overseas working) function keeps in step with the global reach of our research.
The Strategic Programmes and Change team is currently supporting a key part of Imperial’s Enabling Strategy, which is to develop and operate great workplaces to deliver world-class professional services.
