The change team are responsible for engaging with the wider community across Imperial to keep them informed and collate their valuable insights to feed into and inform the new system. We want staff to know what the new system will mean for them.
We also ensure stakeholders are engaged in the system's design, trained in its use and understand the benefits of using it for themselves and their colleagues.
The team also houses the communication manager who is the touch point for all comms coming out from the programme.
