Research areas

Our research focuses on the evaluation of health policy in England and Internationally. We analyse public health priorities using available data to understand the impact of public health policy and initiatives such as free public transport for older people and the effectiveness of tobacco control policies.

Improving health system performance

Evaluating the functioning of and interventions to improve health system performance. This focuses on understanding health and health inequality impacts, how to prevent and manage chronic disease, and improving financial protection.
