Imperial College London, the Creating Value Alliance and Customer Value Foundation are delighted to host the 8th Global Conference on Creating Value.
19 – 20 November 2025
At a time of rapid transformation in business ecosystems, the conference brings together business leaders, policy makers and academics to discuss strategies for creating and realising value.
The conference will include presentations and panel discussions on changing definitions and measurement of value, value creation in fast changing industries such as automotive, aviation and health technology, and teaching value and value creation.
As Imperial does best, this conference will spotlight excellence in research with a dedicated session where standout researchers and doctoral students present their latest work. An opportunity to gain insights into cutting-edge research, real-world applications, and emerging frameworks shaping the future of value creation.
Conference Programme
The programme includes presentations and panel discussions on the latest thinking on changing definitions and measurement of value, value creation in fast-changing industries, and teaching value and value creation. After the conference, on the morning of 21 November, there will be a workshop on 'Tri-Sector Innovation', a strategic framework that integrates the compelling resources and capabilities of the private, public, and social sectors to create value.

Heathrow is the most convenient airport for Imperial College, but Gatwick is also easily reached. Both have very good transport links with central London.
For Heathrow, the Heathrow Express (fast) and Elizabeth Line (relatively fast) to Paddington Station. The Piccadilly Line (slow) goes directly to South Kensington, where Imperial is located.
For Gatwick, the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station is fastest.
There are a number of hotels within walking distance of the venue. These are mainly in the Cromwell Road / Gloucester Road area, as well as in Queen’s Gate. Most of the cheaper chain hotels are to the west of Soth Kensington - if you want 5-star luxury, go east.
Imperial has arrangements with some local hotels. Information on these will be available shortly. However, the prices negotiated by Imperial can often be no different from those on the main booking websites like Hotels.com, Expedia or Bookings.com.
