The Enabling Roadmap sets out the key elements necessary to enhance our staff and students’ everyday experience of Imperial, maintain our global competitiveness and fulfil our ambitions for academic growth.

Imperial’s world-leading research and teaching rely on great services, and physical and digital infrastructure, that provide a world class experience for everyone at the university.

Investment in our people and improving our infrastructure is crucial. From buildings and campus facilities to systems and processes, continuous development and improvement will safeguard Imperial’s reputation, competitiveness and capacity for growth.

Delivering the Imperial Together strand of the Science for Humanity strategy, the Enabling Roadmap focuses on three key areas, Great People, Great Environment and Great Support.
