The host department should always submit a completed (and authorised) UROP registration form to the Student Records team in Registry as a PDF. The registration process is explained here
- College's Policy on Intellectual Property: Upon signing the UROP participant's "declaration" (on the UROP registration form) a participant is agreeing to abide by this policy

- UROP (Imperial College member of staff) - Advert Form. This form can be used by academic staff of Imperial (only) to submit an entry for the UROP website (indicating either their availability to be contacted by students or to offer of a specific research experience).
