EPICS works to address the critical priorities of power system operators that are reflected in the Global Power System Transformation Consortium (G-PST) Research Agenda. The Agenda describes the technical challenges that system operators face in six key focal areas. G-PST’s participant system operators drive this Research Agenda in terms of priorities and finer definition of topics. EPICS works together with system operators from around the world to tackle these challenges and develop applied research solutions.
