- The UROP Research Experience Registration form has been temporarily withdrawn. Please note that an updated version will appear here during January. Please use the updated version in preference to the earlier version if it has been downloaded previously. Therefore, we ask that Depts do not seek to register UROPs for the time being.
The host department should always submit a completed (and authorised) UROP registration form to the Student Records team in Registry as a PDF or a Word doc (one per email; with the start date in the subject line). The registration process is explained here
- Upon signing the UROP participant's "declaration" (on the UROP registration form) a participant is agreeing to abide by Imperial's Policy on Intellectual Property.

- UROP advert form (for UROP website) - Imperial member of staff only . This form can be used by academic staff of Imperial (only) to submit an entry for the UROP website (indicating either their availability to be contacted by students or to offer of a specific research experience). Entries received will be place on the new opportunities page.
