Campus facilities and amenities

We continue to enhance the facilities and amenities for everyone at White City Campus, as well as for use by the local community. We welcome your feedback on the existing provision of facilities and amenities, as well as ideas for future improvements.

Latest changes across White City Campus include:

  • New street furniture – across the campus we have been introducing new street furniture including new cycle stands for on-street bike parking, new waste and recycling bins, and a variety of new seating options. You may have seen new large seats in Perkin's Green garden on North Campus, which is designed for communal use, as well as benches on the new pedestrian bridge connecting South Campus with Wood Lane.
  • Refurbishment of The Works café - there is now more seating, more space and a completely refreshed food and drink offer, including a grab-and-go counter. The Works offers a a wide-ranging menu including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, to eat in or takeaway, and served from breakfast until late. The Works bar is open every weekday evening, with live music every second Thursday of the month.
  • Student Hub improvements – the hub has now reopened, following works to improve its offer for anyone who is studying, working or living at White City Campus. The Student Hub now offers enhanced study spaces, consultation and meeting rooms, library services where you can collect and drop off books, as well as a a kitchen including a microwave.
