ContrailMIP relies on international collaboration, scientific coordination, and shared resources. Support from funding organisations, industry, government agencies, and other stakeholders helps enable community activities, model intercomparison experiments, workshops, and scientific assessments.
How can organisations support ContrailMIP?
Support may include:
- Financial support for project coordination, workshops, and scientific meetings.
- Computational resources to support intercomparison experiments and data analysis.
- Research sponsorship for students, postdoctoral researchers, and technical staff.
- Strategic partnerships that advance the scientific objectives of ContrailMIP.
The ContrailMIP Stakeholder Board
The ContrailMIP Stakeholder Board enables regular engagement between the project and organisations with an interest in aviation climate impacts. Through periodic meetings and updates, stakeholders are kept informed of scientific developments, emerging results, and future ContrailMIP activities, while maintaining an open channel for discussion with the research community. All organisations supporting ContrailMIP are invited to join the ContrailMIP Stakeholder Board.
