Real-time monitoring of DNA interactions using Whispering Gallery Mode (WGM) Resonators

Isobel Steer

My project is focused on using Whispering Gallery Mode (WGM) resonators for monitoring the interactions of DNA sequences such as G quadruplexes in real time. The goal is to develop the WGM sensor as a tool for DNA study and drug development.
