RCUK impact

The Future Materials Group is committed to work with the wider community and other industrial partners to ensure that research activities pursued in any research project will reach the wider audience.

We often collaborate with various people to increase the impact of our research, stimulate interest from wider stakeholders, including the general public. In addition to this, we are also committed to inspire younger generation on the importance of science and engineering of (nano)cellulose, (lignocellulose), porous polymeric materials and materials derived from waste.

Here, you can find a few examples of our research impact and public engagement activities.
