18th BGA Young Geotechnical Engineers Symposium

The Young Geotechnical Engineers Symposium 2026, hosted by Imperial College London on June 22-23, 2026, offers a unique platform for students, early career researchers, and practising engineers to be recognised and to contribute to advancing geotechnical engineering. This event aims to inspire innovation and foster professional growth through engaging discussions and networking opportunities.
While there is no age restriction for students and professionals, the organisers will prioritise oral presentations for early-career professionals. 
All research topics within geotechnical engineering are welcome, and we encourage submissions that demonstrate innovation in research, design, or construction. We warmly welcome contributions from both academic research and industry projects, making this a truly inclusive opportunity for all interested early-career professionals.
