Extended abstracts submission guidelines.
Please note that you can use the same form to resubmit the revised abstract after addressing the reviewer's comments, as required.
To make the processing of revised manuscripts easier, please name the documents with YGES2026_ID_rev, where ID is the associated ID number of your manuscript as per our email notification.
Please note that the contribution submissions must be prepared employing the YGES2026 template (yges2026_template). These templates are intended for two-page extended abstracts. You must use the font sizes provided in the template; modifying them is not allowed. Please bear in mind that your abstract runs the risk of being rejected if it exceeds the two-page limit or fails to meet the mentioned requirements. For upcoming submissions, we ask authors to upload both the PDF and Word (docx) versions.
