Fábio Coutinho received the B.Sc. and M.Sc degrees on Electronics and Telecommunications from University of Aveiro, Portugal, in 2019.

He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university and a research fellow at Telecommunications Institute - Aveiro.

His current research interests include the next generation radio access networks, reconfigurable digital systems, physical layer, channel estimation, machine learning and meta learning.

Jiawei Cao received the B.Sc. Degree in Instrumentation Engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2019. He is pursuing his Ph.D. Degree with the School of Automation Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China.

He is currently a visiting student with the ITP Lab, the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London.

His research interests include intelligent measurement technology and digital signal processing.

Shan Sha received the B.Sc. Degree in Applied Mathematics from Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China, in 2019. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree at the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China.

She has been a visiting student since December 2023, with the ITP Lab, the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London.

Her current research interests include optimization algorithms for federated learning and trustworthy learning.

Tianxin Wang received the B.S. degree in information science and engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2020. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Wireless Networking and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China.

She has been a visiting student since September 2023, with the ITP Lab, the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London.

Her research interests include wireless networks and reinforcement learning.
