Canvas, a new Learning Management System for all of Imperial
Imperial is transforming its digital education environment with the rollout of a new Learning Management System (LMS), powered by Canvas.
The rollout is being delivered by the centrally based Digital Education Platform Project (DEPP) to realise the outcome of having a single LMS to enable an improved world-leading user-centric digital education service for Imperial.
Why it matters
Canvas is replacing existing LMSs used across Imperial — making it easier for staff and students to teach, learn, and collaborate.
You can expect a central hub for learning and teaching, with a modern interface, improved access, and consistent experience across departments. The entire community will benefit from increased efficiency, insight, resilience, accessibility, and better decision-making.
