The Change Enabler Network provides localised knowledge that acts as a critical link between EdTech teams, and the programme team and faculties and departments, helping enable the effective delivery and adoption of the new system.

Change Network Meetings
We hold regular Change Enabler Network meetings to keep members connected and engaged. These sessions provide an opportunity to share updates from the programme and gather insights from across faculties and departments.

Communication and Engagement
- Cascading key messages and sharing essential programme information with your teams.
- Helping colleagues stay informed and engaged throughout the change journey.
Local Expertise
- Bringing your understanding of team dynamics, day-to-day challenges, and how changes are landing on the ground, challenges, and how changes are landing on the ground.
- Acting as a local advocate for Canvas and reinforcing the benefits within your area.
Feedback
- Gathering feedback from your teams and sharing it regularly with the programme team to help bridge gaps and improve the experience.
Surfacing Early Issues
- Identifying potential roadblocks, gaps, or areas of resistance early so timely support and interventions can be put in place.
Supporting Readiness
- Providing trusted, additional support to busy leaders and line managers in the lead up to and after go-live up to and after go-live.
- Encouraging colleagues to attend training and guiding them to the right support channels when needed.
