Jin Yang is an Associate General Manager at Changi Airport Group (CAG), where he leads strategic transformation within Airport Operations Strategy & Transformation – shaping long-term operational strategy and building the human capital required to deliver resilient operations and an improved passenger experience. His work focuses on automation and robotics programmes to enhance manpower productivity and operational efficiency. Previously, he was a management consultant at Accenture, contributing to large enterprise change management, strategic workforce planning, and systems integration.

Jin Yang holds a Master of Engineering (First Class Honours) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and is currently the President of the Imperial College Alumni Association of Singapore (ICASS) which represents Imperial College Alumni based in Singapore.
