An introduction to the Space, Security and Telecoms theme

Our world extends beyond the physical environment. We're online in the digital world, building identities, companies, and existing in the cloud. Our national security extends to the deep sea and into our universe. The threats humanity faced 50 or even 20 years ago have drastically evolved.

The Space, Security and Telecoms theme is at the heart of addressing these challenges and identifying the opportunities where they are, and are not yet, apparent. We’re bringing together Imperial’s world-leading academics, industry, governments and other partners who wish to join us in protecting what we care about.

We’re led by a team of four leaders from across Imperial’s faculties who are converging their collective expertise, networks and know-how to transform research across Space, Security and Telecoms:
