Overview

A 3 day in-person programme for maximum collective and group based learning.

In today's volatile business landscape, continuous innovation isn't merely a choice; it's the cornerstone for market dominance and growth. Organisaitons that neglect to innovate risk losing competitiveness, shrinking market share and failing to retain top talents.

This course provides a practical, actionable roadmap to rigorously unlock critical customer needs, strategically harness AI-enhanced creativity and generate truly sustainable innovations that deliver powerful and measurable business outcomes.

Learning journey

Programme structure

  1. Al-Powered Insight Scaling: The Competitive Edge

This course shifts innovation from a slow, opinion-led process to a fast, evidence-based discipline by framing AI as a "cognitive assistive technology". You will learn to use Al to scale analysis, validate concepts, and speed up the insight-to-action cycle - a critical competitive advantage for out-maneuvering slower rivals.

  1. C-Suite Capital Allocation & De-risked Growth

The module is designed to give C-suite leaders sharper capital allocation tools. By focusing on measurable, outcome-based evidence from the start, it allows leaders to de-risk portfolios, align teams on clear growth and pricing levers, through innovation, and make faster, more confident investment decisions in innovation.

  1. Uncovering True Customer Demand (Beyond Surveys)

You will master advanced, bias-reducing methodologies - Repertory Grid Technique (RGT), Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), and Outcome-Based Interviews (OBl) - to surface latent customer drivers and hidden needs. This replaces unreliable surveys with an actionable, evidence-led definition of success, using Al analytics.

  1. Systematic Creativity: Engineering Breakthroughs

Innovation is taught as a learnable discipline, not a random event. The course provides a structured, four-step innovation lifecycle and equips you with powerful, systematic creativity tools to bypass psychological inertia and engineer unique, breakthrough concepts on demand.

  1. Tangible, IP-Ready Deliverables

You won't just generate ideas; you will produce prioritized outcome statements, concept shortlists, and an experiment backlog ready to feed directly into roadmaps. The final module ensures you deliver IP-ready innovation and learn robust practices to immediately launch your new invention.

  1. Structured Problem Redefinition

The module introduces investigative tools (Perception Mapping, Problem Explorer, Ideal Final Result) that move beyond superficial symptoms to extrapolate the real core problem. This ensures your resources are deployed to solve the issue that, when addressed, will most satisfy customer's desire.

  1. Accelerated Product-Market Fit (for Entrepreneurs)

Entrepreneurs gain a powerful toolkit to achieve quicker product-market fit, craft a crisper Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and messaging, and build a more credible fundraising narrative grounded in validated, measurable customer outcomes (validated through OBI/JTBD evidence).

  1. Live, Hands-On Insight Lab Practice

The learning is practical, featuring a dedicated Customer Insight Lab where you will apply RGT, JTBD, and OBI methodologies, including live exercises using Al techniques for data collection and synthesis. This ensures immediate skill transfer and application.

  1. Defensibility and Uncontested Market Strategy

The program includes optional but crucial strategic frameworks, such as Disruptive Innovation and Blue Ocean Strategy, to help identify uncontested market spaces and develop value innovation. This focus on market creation provides a path to stronger long-term defensibility against competition.
