I am an Imperial staff member, can I get an appointment?

To receive adjustment and support, you must book an appointment with a disability advisor.  At your appointment, you can discuss the following: 

  • adjustments and support for your learning difficulty, health problem or disability; 
  • accommodation (halls of residence);
  • your evidence (diagnostic assessment reports, GP letters, etc);
  • Disabled Students' Allowances (DSAs);
  • autism screenings;
  • other disability-related queries.  

If you have already had an appointment with a disability advisor, please email us, and we will ask your disability advisor to contact you.  

Please note that the disability advisers do not carry out screenings for specific learning difficulties (SpLDs).  If you want this, please make a screening appointment with the SpLD team.

Disability advisor appointments for enrolled students

All appointments are 30 minutes long. We have online and in-person appointments available.

You must use your Imperial email to log in to the booking site.

We release appointments bi-weekly. If no appointments are shown, this means we are fully booked for the next two weeks. While there may be cancellations during this time, we do not have capacity to inform students when this happens.

Please return on Monday 23 March at midday for the next release of appointments.
