Finding a job outside academia, can take time and lot of effort. So how do you approach this task strategically? This workshop will help you to identify up to date resources and a range of methods to make your job-hunting as organised and diverse as possible.
This course is delivered by the Imperial Careers Service, who support all current PhD students with their careers and PhD graduates for up to three years after graduation.
This course is open to Research Degree Students, Postdocs & Research Fellows.

On completion of this course you will be better able to:
- Identify the breadth of the job market for early career researchers
- Analyse skills gained from your research
- Develop a proactive strategy to hunt for jobs, including networking, online approaches and targeted speculative applications
