Have you been asked to do an evidence synthesis review (this could be a systematic or scoping or umbrella review) and you’re not sure what it means or entails?

Please come along to this class where you can ask all the questions you need.

The workshop will be tailored entirely around the questions posed by you and your colleagues. These could be about the process of doing a review, how to find information and how to ensure that your search is comprehensive. The Library is unable to provide guidance on how to extract and synthesise the data that you find.

  • In preparation for this Q&A session, you will be asked to complete the Libraries ‘Searching for Reviews’ course, access through the following link: https://ecri.short.gy/rc-precourse-sfr (approximately 30 minutes)
  • Optional follow-ups
  • You will leave with a plan and resources for next steps

This course is open to Research Degree Students & Masters Students

Any questions should be directed to Rebecca Jones, Liaison Librarian (Medicine): rebecca.jones1@imperial.ac.uk
