This workshop will take you through the best practice PRINCE-2 and agile methodologies. From project planning through to effective communications. As part of the workshop you will apply a project planning; task management and stakeholder management best practice to an existing project.

- Gantt charts and work breakdown structures
- Scoping exercise
- Resource negotiation
Pre-course work
In preparation for this workshop please take 10 minutes to reflect upon and document the project management issues in your research project, to discuss at the workshop.
Whether this is around communication, time and task management, risk management or some other area. Please be as specific as possible in your description of the issues as possible and consider what may be the root cause of these issues.
