This course explores the importance of effective communication and the application of conflict resolution strategies to resolve conflicts within academia. Participants will analyse conflict scenarios and identify underlying issues and appropriate strategies to address them. Participants will apply a range of conflict resolution strategies in practical exercises to achieve positive outcomes. The course also provides an opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of different conflict resolution approaches, equipping participants with the tools to manage and resolve conflicts constructively.
