Building maintenance
Our teams work behind-the-scenes to keep Imperial’s campuses safe, functional and welcoming, from maintaining buildings and essential services like heating, water and ventilation, to caring for roads, paths and green spaces.
With around 70,000 maintenance tasks carried out each year, we are comprised of a skilled mix of in-house engineers, trusted contractors and specialist experts.
