Building defects and faults
You can report building defects here (excluding the buildings listed further below):
- For non-urgent matters, report it online via Service Requests (if you can't see the Service Requests gadget you can add it) or report it via email (processed in standard working hours)
- For urgent matters call us internally at 48000 or externally at 020 7594 8000
If you are in the Abdus Salam Library, City and Guilds Building, Royal School of Mines, Sherfield Building or Sir Alexander Fleming Building, your maintenance requests are being processed as part of the Love Our Building trial programme. You can report issues to loveourbuildings@imperial.ac.uk or report it online
