We find that all forms of meditation have elements of being in the present moment, noticing our thoughts and emotions ‘coming and going’ and learning to befriend and live better with our ‘inner critical voice’.

Meditation is as easy as breathing – we can all do it! Yet, it takes time, some very gentle ‘effort’ and patience with ourselves to develop a regular practice and to feel the benefits. We can offer you support in weekly groups, courses and one to one conversation.
