  •  You can talk about anything that matters to you - that could be study or work, stress, relationships, practicing meditation, prayer, grief, values or ethics. 
  • You can explore the things that are ‘on your mind and in your heart’ - in both faith-based and secular worldviews. 
  • We can help you apply Mindfulness practices for wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.  
  • Some of the chaplains have training in coaching - asking questions to help you explore your desired goal.   
  • We can offer one-off or regular conversations (weekly or monthly) when things take time to address.
