Tatiana Schofield, MSc, MBA, MCIM, Chartered Marketer
Tatiana Schofield is Founder of Synergy lab, an innovation management consultancy, specialising in open innovation, knowledge transfer and technology commercialisation.
Tatiana holds an MSc degree in engineering from Moscow Power Engineering University and an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) with a Chartered Marketer status. Tatiana is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a visiting lecturer on innovation management.
Tatiana brings 20 years' experience in research commercialisation, technology transfer and professional education, which she gained while working for commercial companies, professional bodies and the world's leading business schools and universities including London Business School and Imperial College London.
Tatiana has hands-on experience in developing large-scale commercial projects, university-industry partnerships and bridging research and enterprise. Her expertise covers business growth strategies, innovation management and business models for technology start-ups.
Tatiana regularly speaks at conferences and delivers workshops and lectures on innovation management, open innovation, research commercialisation and entrepreneurship. In 2012 she won the Best Paper Award at the SRA International conference in the USA for her research in knowledge transfer and university-industry partnership. She is a member of the Triple Helix Association where she led the development of inaugural webinars series.
