Registrations for IEPC 2025 are now open.
We offer three main ticket categories, along with a selection of optional add-ons for guests and special events.
All delegates must register via the official IEPC 2025 registration platform, accessible via the "Call to Action" button on this page.
Please note that each registered delegate may present a maximum of three oral papers.

All main tickets are all-inclusive, providing access to the full conference experience, including:
- Technical sessions, plenaries, and panel discussions
- Welcome reception
- Night at the Museum event & Poster exhibition at the Natural History Museum (Monday, 15 September)
- Gala dinner at the Royal Lancaster Hotel (Wednesday, 17 September)
- Excursion and networking opportunities
Student ticket eligibility and access
Student rate is available for full-time students. A valid student ID is required at check-in.
To access the student ticket:
- Email a copy of your valid student ID or university registration certificate to IEPC2025@imperial.ac.uk.
- Once verified, you will receive a unique access code to unlock the student ticket on the registration platform.
- Your student ID/ verifying document must clearly show your name and valid dates of enrollment.
Special One-Day Pass ticket – £300
We are now pleased to offer a one-day ticket option, giving attendees the flexibility to join the conference for a single day. This option is ideal for those delegates who may have limited availability to join the conference for the full week or have interest in specific technical sessions happening on a particular conference day.
Add-On tickets
Add-ons are available to registered delegates who wish to bring guests to selected events or attend the "Broadening Participation in EP" event.
Gala Guest Pass – £130
For guests accompanying registered delegates who wish to attend the IEPC 2025 Gala Dinner on Wednesday, 17 September at the Royal Lancaster Hotel.
Poster Exhibition Guest Pass – £40
For guests accompanying registered delegates to the Poster Exhibition during the Night at the Museum event at the Natural History Museum, on Monday, 15 September.
Excursion Guest Pass – £35
For guests accompanying registered delegates to attend the conference excursion on Friday, 19 September, offering a unique opportunity to explore local attractions.
Broadening Participation in EP Event – £22.50
Open to registered attendees only. Capped at 45 participants, this event will take place on Tuesday, 16 September and offer space for meaningful discussion on broadening participation in the Electric Propulsion community. The goal is to build a field that is not only scientifically excellent but also humanly and culturally rich.
