If you need to make any changes to your submission, you can do so by accessing the paper or poster submission forms as applicable on Oxford Abstracts. The respective access links are available on the full paper/poster submission page.
Authors are kindly asked to refer to the presentation type indicated in their abstract decision email to determine the format of their contribution (oral, poster, or both). All authors were notified of the decision on their abstract submissions by 20 June 2025. If you have not received any notification, please contact the conference email address (iepc2025@imperial.ac.uk) to enquire about the status.
Please note that only those invited to submit a poster will be presenting during the “Night at the Museum” poster session, to be held on Monday, 15 September 2025 at the Natural History Museum.
Authors accepted for oral presentations should prepare their slides for a maximum presentation duration of 15 minutes (incl. Q&A). There is no specific presentation template required; speakers are welcome to use their preferred formats.
Please note that each registered delegate may present a maximum of three oral papers.
