As we hope you know, Imperial’s Values should guide the behaviour of all our staff. Those values and associated behaviours shape the working lives of all of us. They show how we respect and support each other in achieving both personal goals and the College’s strategic objectives.
Sometimes Estates staff, and indeed our direct service partners, exceed our expectations to provide truly exceptional service; and we’d like to try and recognise that more formally when they do so. Anyone can make a nomination, just tell us who it is you wish to nominate and of course why they warrant recognition.
Please use this Estates Values Recognition Nomination Form. You can fill it in electronically and send it to Anne-Marie Clarke, or print out a copy, complete it and send to: Personal Assistant to the Director of Estates Operations, level 5, Sherfield building, South Kensington Campus, London SW7 2AZ.
In March, June, August and December each year, senior Estates managers covering the full range of Estates Operations will consider the nominations submitted in the preceding three months. Depending upon nominations, there may not be an award in some quarters and sometimes more than one award may be made. The winner(s) chosen from the nominations will each receive a certificate of recognition from the Director of Estates Operations and an Amazon voucher worth between £50 and £100. Don’t worry if your nomination is a bit late, it will be considered at the next meeting.
