This year’s event will be held on Friday 15 September, the same day as the student annual conference and you are invited to make a full day of it and support the students as they showcase their project work. You find out more and register for the conference here.
The gala dinner will be held again at the Crowne Plaza London Kensington (just across the road from Gloucester Road station and less than a 10 minute walk from campus) where you will be welcomed with a red carpet reception and enjoy a fabulous three course meal and then dance the night away with our own private DJ.

On arrival please report to the reception desk to register and collect your name badge. You will then be directed to the drinks reception. We kindly ask that you wear your name badge at all times whilst on the premises.
Tickets
This is a ticketless event. When you register at our reception desk we will tick your name off our guest list.
Food and drink
Your ticket price includes arrival drink, three course meal with wine, water and coffee. If you would like other drinks these can be purchased from the bar.
Please notify us of dietary requirements for you or your guests as soon as possible.
Seating
You will be seated in tables of ten and, unless you’ve specifically requested to sit with particular people, we will be seating guests randomly. Please submit your seating requests by email to v.ebo@imperial.ac.uk no later than Friday 8th September 2017 and we will do our best to honour your requests. (NB It would really help if you could include full names and years of graduation)
If we are unable to meet your requests please bear in mind that there will be plenty of time to catch up with your friends before and after dinner.
Dress code
In keeping with the celebration theme of this special occasion think ‘party’ and don’t forget your dancing shoes!
Photo and memorabilia display
We hope to have a display area at the reunion for photos from your student days. Do have a root around at home for all those embarrassing pictures so that you can bring them along on the night. Please remember to pick them up when you leave and label items where possible so that we can identify them if you forget to retrieve them.
Travel
Crowne Plaza London Kensington is just across the road from Gloucester Road station which is on the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines. Please check on www.tfl.gov.uk to plan your journey in advance. It is also just a 10 minute walk from campus.

If for some reason you are no longer able to attend the reunion please let us know as soon as possible. We are unable to offer refunds on cancellations later than 4 September.
