Emerging quantum technologies: mathematical methods, ML & AI will be held by Dr Cristina Sargent on Thursday 28th of May 2020 at 12:00pm – 13:00pm.

Dr Cristina Sargent is the Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence in the Mathematics Department at Imperial. Dr Sargent’s special remit is to foster collaboration between the Mathematics Department at Imperial College London, the UK quantum hubs and their industrial partners.

This seminar will be the first of a series which will take place over a period of two years. You will be introduced to the innovation work taking place in the UK and abroad in quantum technology and challenges which are relevant for the mathematical community.  We will explore collaboration opportunities between researchers and businesses to address some of these challenges.
