About the event

The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are far-reaching, with our health, economic, political and social institutions facing challenges never experienced before. People are living and working under pressure and, in academia like other sectors, we are grappling with the uncertainty and adapting rapidly. Everyone is affected and everyone has a role. Using her own experiences of leading a small team in challenging environments, Nadia Soliman will discuss the fundamental principles of leadership in practice and how a values-based approach is necessary during this unprecedented time and beyond.
