CAMentrepreneursImperial College Business School and Imperial College London are hosting a joint event with guest speakers Clive Watson (Chairman City Pub Company) and Lucy Jung (Cofounder and CEO of Charo Neurotech).

The event will feature pitches from startups and our guest speakers will provide advice and feedback. There will also be the chance for networking in breakout rooms, offering a great chance to tap into the entrepreneurial ecosystem in London, Imperial and Cambridge and build your professional networks and knowledge.

You will also hear from Andrew Shailer-Smith, who will be introduced as the leader of CAMentrepreneurs in London, which is being relaunched. CAMentrepreneurs’ mission is to support business and social entrepreneurship among Cambridge University Alumni, current students, and others interested in entrepreneurship. We would encourage you to share the fact you are attending to spread the word, and invite people in your personal network who might want to support the idea of an active pro-entrepreneurship group in London. You can join the private CAMentrepreneurs social network here. And if you would like to be involved in the London group please fill in this form, which will ensure you are invited to pre-event discussions of any future plans in London.

It has always been part of our mission to partner with leading universities and business schools, so it is a great privilege to do this event with Imperial. It’s a pilot, in true entrepreneurial fashion, and if this is successful we will consider doing more. Our success is measured in terms of whether the people who attend are glad that they did. The ever increasing numbers of people who want to attend our events, and cities in which there are active groups is a good indicator that we are moving in the right direction.
