About Professor Jonathan Haskel

Jonathan Haskel is Professor of Economics at Imperial College Business School, Imperial College London. He is also an external committee member of the Monetary Policy Committee at the Bank of the England and a non-executive director of the UK Statistics Authority.  He has a number of publications in academic Economics journals on productivity, growth and the intangible/knowledge economy, and his recent book is Restarting the Future: How to Fix the Intangible Economy. He was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in June 2018 for services to economics.
