The Academic Women Association (AWA) is supported by Imperial College through an EDI award, to establish a network for Imperial College women across different academic career levels in the Faculty of Medicine, as a safe space to discuss career strategies and how to achieve goals, as well as overcoming obstacles.

The mission of the Academic Woman Association in the Faculty of Medicine is to support non-clinical female researches of all stages in their careers and lives, and to provide a safe space to share and discuss.

This session is open to male participants as well if they are interested in that topic.
